We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, and payment information when you register. We also collect data you upload for analysis (CSV/Excel files), usage data, and device/browser information automatically.
We use your information to: provide and improve our Service, process payments, send important account notifications, generate AI-powered insights from your uploaded data, and comply with legal obligations. We never sell your personal data.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on AWS infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. We conduct regular security audits.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Uploaded CSV/Excel files are retained for 90 days after analysis, then automatically deleted. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
We use the following third-party services: Supabase (database and authentication), Razorpay (payment processing), Vercel (hosting), and Anthropic Claude API (AI analysis). Each has their own privacy policies.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may affect Service functionality.
You have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, export your data in a portable format, and opt out of non-essential communications. Contact privacy@prodintel.com to exercise these rights.
ProdIntel is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the information immediately.
Your data may be processed in countries outside India. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

ProdIntel offers Google Sign-In as an authentication option. This section fully describes how we interact with Google user data in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
Scopes Requested: Only openid, email, and profile. We never access Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, Photos, or any Google Workspace APIs.
Data Collected: Full Name, Email Address, Profile Picture URL, and Google Account ID — used solely for authentication.
Never Used For: AI/ML training, foundation models, advertising, data brokering, or sale of user data.
Storage: Supabase/AWS, AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit. OAuth tokens are never persisted.
Retention: Active account lifetime. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
Revoke Access: Visit Google Account Permissions and remove ProdIntel.
ProdIntel’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data is never used for advertising, AI training, or third-party sale.
