You retain full ownership of all data you upload to ProdIntel. By uploading data, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We never sell your data to third parties.
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes attempting to gain unauthorised access, uploading malicious content, violating applicable laws, or using the Service to harm others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact billing@prodintel.com within 7 days of a charge if you believe an error has occurred.
ProdIntel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibe Lab Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service for violations of these terms, with or without notice.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
